Join two seasoned Flour Pastry Chefs for our three hour technique workshop on Sunday, June 23rd from 11am-2pm at the Design Center in the Seaport! Designed for intimate-sized groups of up to 10 participants, our instructors will show the class our top tips, tricks, and all of the skills you’ll need to make kouign amman, or butter breton cakes. If you’re interested in learning more about laminated pastries (like croissants) and want a foundation for making them at home, this is the class for you! Participants will take home freshly baked kouign amann to enjoy with family and friends!
