Chocolate Cream Pie Baking Class - 5/19
Join a seasoned Flour Pastry Chef and Class Instructor for our chocolate cream pie bakeshop on Sunday, May 19th from 11am-1pm at the Design Center in the Seaport! Designed for intimate-sized groups of up to 10 participants, our instructor will lead the class through each step in making and decorating our most popular pie. Participants will take home a finished chocolate cream pie to enjoy with family and friends!

Here’s what to expect in this class:
- Demonstration: Making pate sucree
- Hands-on: Rolling out pie shell
- Hands-on: Making chocolate pudding filling and whipped cream topping with a partner or in a small group
- Hands-on: Filling and decorating pie
