Join a seasoned Flour Pastry Chef for a master class on all things bread on Sunday, November 3rd from 11am-1:30pm at the Design Center in the Seaport! Designed for intimate-sized groups of up to 10 participants, our instructor will show the class our top tips, tricks, and all of the skills you’ll need to make our favorite breads: Multigrain Sourdough and Flour Focaccia at home. Here’s what to expect in this class:
- Demonstration: Mixing, proofing, shaping + baking bread dough
- Hands-on: Making sourdough starter
- Hands-on: Portioning + shaping bread
- Take home: You will bring home sourdough starter, a baked and ready-to-enjoy multigrain boule, ready-to-bake multigrain boule to finish at home, ready-to-bake focaccia loaf to finish at home
- A spread of sweets + water will be provided in class
