Traditionally served on Good Friday and around Easter, our hot cross buns are slightly sweet, soft, spiced buns finished with a criss-cross of clove glaze. The clove glaze is best used immediately but can be stored in an airtight container refrigerated for one week. Buns can remain frozen for up to 2 weeks before baking. Bake-at-home hot cross buns will start shipping on March 1.
