It's pi-ti-vee-YAY. This is a very traditional French pastry made using 2 sheets of puff pastry that are filled with frangipane (almond cream made with butter, almond flour, and a little flour) and our delicious apple butter. A beautiful pattern is cut into the top before baking to create a real holiday showstopper.
