
"I was born and raised in Massachusetts, north of Boston. I attended the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in English. I wanted to be Indiana Jones when I grew up. I still do. My favorite Flour drink is an iced mocha latte, and currently my favorite Flour pastry is coconut lemon muffin, though it often changes. I love teaching the staff what I know about Flour and enjoy that feeling of satisfaction when someone I taught turns out a perfect pastry. On the flip side, I love hearing from satisfied cutomers after eating at Flour. This lets me know that I am doing my job well. I run, read, visit the snack tray frequently, cook and entertain a lot, and participate in non-competitive Simpson's trivia."
